Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your RockShox performance suspension and orders.

How do I determine the correct service interval for my fork or shock?

To maintain peak performance, we recommend a basic service every 50 hours of riding and a full damper and air spring service every 200 hours. Specific intervals for your model can be found in the Service Manuals on our website.

What is the return policy for suspension components?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that components that have been installed, had the steerer tube cut, or show signs of trail use cannot be returned for a refund.

Do you offer international shipping for replacement parts?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.

How can I verify if a specific fork is compatible with my mountain bike frame?

Compatibility depends on your frame's head tube diameter, axle spacing (e.g., Boost 110mm), and wheel size. You can use our Trailhead App by entering your serial number to see exact specifications and upgrade options.

What payment methods are accepted on the RockShox store?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and financing options through Affirm for qualifying purchases.

Does my purchase include a manufacturer warranty?

All new RockShox products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper installation.
